Custom order FAQs

What is the minimum size for a custom statue?
We take custom statue orders from 1 foot (12 inches) and upwards. Below that size hand-carving cannot hold the detail, so a bespoke order is not worth the cost to you — our ready-made marble and brass murtis start at 6 inches and ship in days.
Do you take orders for weddings and family functions?
Yes. Weddings, griha pravesh, mundan and other family functions are a large part of what we do — complete puja samagri for the ceremony, gifting for guests, and custom murtis for the new home. Share the date and the function on WhatsApp 9882641949 and we plan the list with you.
What is the difference between a wholesale order and a custom order?
Wholesale is bulk pricing on products already listed on Gharana — you pick from the catalogue and we quote by quantity with GST. A custom order is something made for you that is not in the catalogue: a specific deity, size or design, hand-carved to your brief, with statues starting at 1 foot.
Can I order a custom marble murti in a specific size or design?
Yes. Share the deity, size, posture and any reference on WhatsApp 9882641949. Our Jaipur/Makrana artisans hand-carve it to your specification with correct iconography, and we send photos before dispatch.
Do you supply temples and trusts in bulk?
Yes — Gharana supplies temples, trusts and religious institutions with large idols, bulk puja samagri, bells and mandir accessories, on recurring or one-time orders with GST invoicing. Call 9882641949 for a quote.
Do you do corporate and festival gifting?
We create curated Diwali, Dhanteras and wedding hampers and bulk gifting for companies, societies and events — customised to your budget and branding. Message us with your quantity and occasion.
What is the timeline for a custom order?
A stock item ships in days. A custom marble murti or a large temple order takes longer to hand-carve and crate — typically 1–4 weeks depending on size and detail. We confirm the exact timeline when you order.
How do I pay for a custom or bulk order?
A 50% advance begins custom work; bulk orders are quoted with GST. We accept UPI, bank transfer, cards and EMI. New institutional buyers pay by advance until KYC is completed.
