- Payment info: processed securely by Razorpay — we do not store your full card number or UPI PIN.
- Seller details: if you sell on Gharana, your business, KYC (PAN/GST) and bank details, used only to run your storefront and payouts.
- Usage data: basic device and browsing information to keep the site working and improve it.
How we use it
- To process, pack, ship and deliver your orders, and handle returns and refunds.
- To provide customer support and send order updates.
- To operate seller payouts and comply with tax and legal obligations.
- To improve the site and, only if you opt in, to send offers and updates.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum needed to fulfil your order:
- Payment: Razorpay, to process payments and payouts.
- Delivery: courier partners, to ship and deliver your order.
- Analytics: privacy-respecting analytics to understand and improve the site.
These partners are only permitted to use your data to provide their service to us.
