Why is there a ₹99 fee to submit a custom query?
Bespoke work ties up an artisan’s time to scope and quote. A small, fully-refundable fee keeps the queue serious so genuine customers get a faster, more considered response. It is returned if we can’t help, and adjusted against your order if you proceed.
Is the ₹99 really refundable?
Yes — in full. If we can’t take your project on, we refund it to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days. If you go ahead with the order, the ₹99 is credited towards your final quote.
Do gift hampers also need the ₹99 fee?
No. Browsing and enquiring about gift hampers is completely free — see our full hamper range at /hampers. The ₹99 booking fee applies only to bespoke custom work like made-to-order murtis and mandirs.
